This is a linoleum block print of Islamic calligraphy that I used as an image for a Christmas card in 1999. I think it is from a book by Annemarie Schimmel, but I am not positive. I am also unsure of the translation (I am clearly a terrible record keeper), but even with my rudimentary Arabic I can detect the word "Allah" in the block Kufic lettering.
